Sludge Dewatering.
Machines that turn watery sludge into a cake you can handle, haul and pay less to dispose of.

Sludge handling decides what a plant costs to run. RTW manufactures dewatering machines and the polymer dosing systems that feed them, so the cake leaves your site dry and your tanker movements drop.

Water from sludge — volume, weight and disposal cost
Used in
What we manufacture.
Each unit is sized from lab tests on your own effluent and built in our facilities in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan.
Volute screw press
Slow-turning multi-disc screw press that dewaters thin and oily sludge continuously, with low power, low noise and minimal wash water. Self-cleaning, so it runs unattended.
Belt filter press
Continuous dewatering between tensioned belts for high throughputs, producing a consistent cake from biological and chemical sludge.
Decanter centrifuge
High-speed separation for heavy solids loads and for oily sludge, delivering the driest cake where disposal cost is the priority.
Sludge thickener
Gravity or mechanical thickening ahead of dewatering, cutting the volume the dewatering machine has to handle.
Polymer preparation & dosing unit
Automatic polymer make-up and dosing skid — the difference between a dewatering machine that works and one that does not.
Why it matters.
- Less sludge volume to haul and dispose of
- Drier cake, lower tanker and landfill cost
- Unattended, automatic operation
- Built in-house and matched to your sludge
