Every reliable plant starts by taking out what should never reach the biology or the membranes. RTW manufactures its own screens, flotation units and settling systems in carbon steel with protective coating or in stainless steel, sized to your flow and solids load.

Rake bar tooth screen
Heavy-duty mechanical bar screen with a toothed rake that lifts rags and coarse solids off the bars automatically. Built for inlet works with high and variable solids.
Self-cleaning screen
Continuously cleaning rotary or band screen for fine solids and fibrous effluent, with brush cleaning and integrated screenings discharge.
Static fine screen
Wedge-wire sieve bend with no moving parts — simple, silent and ideal for food, dairy and textile streams where fine solids must come out cheaply.
Belt screen
Fine belt screen for high solids loads in a compact channel, with washing and dewatering of screenings.
Dissolved air flotation (DAF)
Micro-bubble flotation that lifts oil, fats, grease and light flocs to the surface, with a skimmer and thickened float. Our workhorse for oily and fatty effluent.
Lamella plate settler
Inclined-plate clarifier that multiplies settling area in a small footprint for dense, settleable solids.
