Dispersol 7000

PRODUCT NAME: RTW-170

TYPE: Concentrated Advanced Iron Dispersant, Corrosion Inhibitor & Hardness Control Agent

Optimized for Cooling Water Treatment | Fully Compatible with Oxidizing Biocides

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RTW-170 is a high-performance, concentrated liquid formulation designed for comprehensive cooling water treatment. It incorporates a synergistic blend of efficient dispersant for hardness salts and metallic oxides, and advanced corrosion inhibitors to effectively control iron fouling, scale formation, and corrosion. This environmentally responsible product is free from chromates, nitrites, zinc, and other harmful substances. It is fully compatible with chlorine and other oxidizing biocides commonly used in cooling systems

KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS

Triple Functionality: Provides iron dispersion, corrosion inhibition, and scale prevention in a single product.

Low Dosage, High Efficiency: Effective at concentrations as low as 5–15 ppm.

Environmentally Responsible: Free from toxic heavy metals or restricted substances.

Oxidizing Biocide Compatible: Safe to use alongside chlorine and similar biocides.

Flexible System Use: Suitable for high scaling (LSI > 1) and can be paired with RTW-120 and RTW-121 when LSI < 1.

APPLICATIONS

Designed for open recirculating cooling water systems and cooling towers, especially:

Where Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) > 1 – used independently

Where LSI < 1 – recommended in combination with RTW-120 and RTW-121 for enhanced corrosion protection

DOSAGE & CONTROL

Typical Dose: 5–15 ppm depending on system conditions and fouling severity

Monitoring Target: Maintain >1 ppm phosphonate concentration in system water

System optimization may require customized dose settings. Consult with technical support for precise control.

STORAGE & SAFETY

Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
